Education is a key goal of the Bison Chapter of the APA and the National APA. Monthly meetings predominately consist of speakers from the surrounding area who have knowledge on a variety of payroll topics. Speakers generally consist of chapter members, state and local representatives of government agencies, and local business associates.

The Bison Chapter of the APA hosts seminars from the National APA for educational opportunities. Examples of past seminars are:
